Terms of Service
1. General
Information
All the special services offered by Nirvig Business Solutions (Shortly called as Nirvig) are exclusive to the specific customer to whom they are offered to. General offers are applicable to all the prospective customers unless specifically mentioned at the official notification by Nirvig. Any specific requirement by the customers are subject to acceptance of Nirvig at its own discretion. Customers are requested to contact us for more specific details for their customized requirements. Please note that any or all of the terms of service narrated in this page are subject to change without any prior intimation to the customers. Customers are requested to refer to this page for the updates. The service agreement made with the customers will override the general terms of service mentioned in this page.
2. Place of Service
Nirvig is operated from Chennai, India. Customers across the regions / countries may be served by the professionals from anywhere across the regions. Customers may choose the service delivery location at the time of enrolling for our service if they have a specific requirement. Unless such requests are made, Nirvig at its own discretion may assign the service professionals from anywhere in the country.
3. Delivery Location
All our general offers are designed and priced to render our service in India. [We also accept orders
from international customers]. Any customers outside of India must contact us and get the suitable offers and price agreement according to their countries before initiating the service order. Tax and allied charges will be applied based on the place of service delivery.
4. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time for all the services will be shared before beginning the service. Delivery speed and time are depends on the factors involved to complete the task and volume covered under the order.
Nirvig does not hold the ultimate responsibility or guarantee for the fast delivery while the delivery factors are influenced by the customer or external factors. Delivery times are pure estimates and commence from the date of beginning the service, rather than the date of order. Delivery times offered in general are to be used as a reference guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within the stipulated time frame as agreed. We may commit/estimate the delivery time in business days. Business day mean Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not work on week-end, national and regional holidays unless a real urgency is required to complete the service delivery.
Service completion date may vary due to the local holidays or unforeseen reasons at the customer delivery location or at the location where Nirvig's professional renders the service from. It may also depend on the service delivery method. The service delivery may be completed at once or at a piecemeal basis depending on the requirement and the nature of service. Customers will be provided with the contact details of the service delivery professional. Customers are
advised to track the status of the service with the respective designated delivery professionals in case of any unlikely event of delay in delivery of service. Nirvig holds the collective responsibility for the delays caused by the delivery professionals. Customers are advised to alert or escalate the potential delay in service to Nirvig well in advance for the appropriate remedial action. Nirvig welcomes the customer feedback about the delivery professional or the operations of Nirvig for betterment of our service.
5. Order Details
Customers are highly advised to send the Service request order with clearly mentioning their requirement along with the timeline for the end delivery. This is must for the recurring service or the services of special projects. Customers with Ad-hoc requirements are requested to have a detailed specification shared with Nirvig before initiating the order. Any orders placed directly with the delivery professionals or acknowledged by the persons other than authorized persons of Nirvig, will not be considered as the order placed with Nirvig. Offline orders needs mandatory acknowledgement from the Nirvig before concluding the order.
6. Price of Service
Any order placed with Nirvig has to be fixed and agreed with the pricing term before the order is beginning its execution. The price of service may vary based on the customer's specific and customised needs, service delivery method, tax levis involved, place of delivery, volume, quality, urgency, etc.. Nirvig may impose additional charges basd on the change in proposed service and of the change in local rules and regulations.
The additional charges may include stationery charges, courier charges, deputation charges, conveyance and all the cost of physical delivery of the documents. Customers will be advised of any charges on the actual basis or of logical estimate basis.
GST (Goods and Services Tax) is charged
according to the prevailing rules in India and also the state from and to where the service is rendered.
7. Re-work or extension of service
Any re-work caused by the fault of the Nirvig will not be charged to the customers. However, the cost of re-work caused due to insufficient and/or false details shared by the customers will be charged to the customers on proportionate basis.
Extension of service beyond the agreed delivery of service will be subject to additional billing which may be higher than the value of actual service agreed. Nirvig does not cover post service support unless specifically expressed in written on the service agreement.
8. Termination /
Cancellation of service
Once the service is agreed by both the parties, it can not be stopped in the normal scenario unless the service is not logically possible due to change in circumstance or Nirvig decides it not possible with its discretion. A temproary pause in the service may be possible with subject to special acceptance by Nirvig. Customers are advised to enter into an agreement for service only when they are in actual need of the service. Customers may be charged with a compensation bill if the service is terminated or cancelled in the interim during the execution of the service.
9. Payment
Customers are advised to make the payment only to the Nirvig Business Solutions. Online payment or digital payment methods are preferred for secure and quick further processing. Please click here to see the list of acceptable payment methods.
Nirvig is not responsible for any payment made to anyone other than the payment made to Nirvig in the designated payment channels.
10. Refund
At no circumstances Nirvig is bound to refund the customers unless the service is terminated by Nirvig or the service can not be rendered by fundamental logic of business nature. However, customers are advised to initiate the topic of refund in the service request order or service agreement and get it acknowledged by the authorised personnel of Nirvig with clearly narrating the possible circumstances for refund in order to claim the refund upon the pre-agreed circumstances.
